Janice Carter of TNA responded to online reports that the company was looking for a new owner in an internal memo issued to TNA employees today.

In the memo, which praised the new 365 initiative, Carter told the staff that any rumors that Panda Energy is "attempting to sell its ownership stake" in TNA is false and that she remains committed to the company.

This shit is boring now, they're for sale then they're not but would consider offers to someguy wwas close to taking over to talking to a few interested parties to not for sale. Just decide on what shit you'll report.

The memos were probably given out. Are they true? Who knows. Companies do this all the time, tomorrow the workers can be working for new bosses.

It bores me too tbh. But I will report a Janice Carter memo over Meltzer rumor any day, any time.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts has gone on record in saying that he wants to buy TNA. Roberts, who has recently moved out of Diamond Dallas Page's accountability home, says he is planning to use Indiegogo to raise money to buy the company. Now living with his lawyer, Roberts told BlankManINC.com his idea in purchasing TNA.

"God, it needs to. I mean, I watched for 10, 12, 15 years, however long it's been out there and they suck. I guarantee you if I get the opportunity, in a matter of six months I'll be pissing Vince McMahon off. My numbers will beat his, I guarantee that."

Roberts has been lobbying to be in the 2014 Royal Rumble and was asked about that over buying TNA. He stated that he would rather purchase TNA so he can make professional wrestling what it needs to be again.

This guy is so overreacting it ain't even funny. Raise so much money with Indiegogo? LMAO

And he'll beat Vince in 6 months? :jericho:

The fuck? I mean I like the determination he has to beat Vince and all that but I doubt it. I feel like he'd try to make it WWE 2.0. I love the way TNA is now honestly, guys like him even having a say in decisions would probably make that company have some huge unnecessary changes. Just nah.

And now reports are coming out about Resistance pro owner and Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan being in talks of buying TNA and being "80% done".

Is this just and angle or something?
