Hollywood really are stuck for new ideas. I remember watching the tv series and the live films, childhood childhood. Can't really get behind this idea but I will wait and see the trailer before I decide on whether to give it a pass.

To me they with all these movies they want to reboot they should just do like Edward Nortons Hulk they reference some things that happened in the prior film they don't rewrite what happened and they manage to do it in a way you didn't have to watch that film. So it works as a direct sequel or standalone.

This bothers me after growing up with the Animated Series and Movies with that said I guess I'd deal with it but don't really see the point it changing it.

I am all for another live action movie, but personally I don't think they should mess with the ooze origin, it's how the TMNT were created. Also, I'm really hoping they have Krang (Ruler of Dimension X), Shredder and B-Bop and Rocksteady. Also if they found a way to incorporate Baxter Stockman and the Rock Soldiers from Dimension X I would be pleasantly pleased.

Hell, I would love it if they brought in the Rat King or something like that to, there are so many good villains from the TMNT cartoon, they have ample choices but I feel that Krang and the Technodrome and that whole bit needs to be live action.

Well I don't think anything could possibly screw up the legacy more than the last series did, but whatever. It was awesome as hell as a kid.

Might give it a go anyways for the lulz. The idea of the turtles coming from outer space really sounds unbelievably stupid though and probably would for anyone who watched it during it's original incarnation.
