What has been up with my play around Blaine? Nobody has given a reason as to why it was poor play, let alone scummy

Well, you keep defaulting to the town motivation for it. I feel like if you know Blaine has easy buttons to press, you can find out if he's got a role with relative ease, like what happened. Which would obviously be beneficial info for a scum team, as well.

Literally the only thing giving me pause on my read of you is you saying the vote was deliberate when Curry gave you an easy out with the vote being within the same minute as Flay. I feel like that would have been an easy out. Nothing else about your play on a read back seems overly town.

@The Fourth Wall take it for what you will but after I asked that then decided it didn't matter (10/10 questioning btw) I saw this ~50 posts earlier than me "giving him" the easy out and the first line seems to suggest he knew about the previous vote.

I mean, they've both posted a fair bit. Especially Chevy. At least they have post history to comb through. Plus, perhaps we'll hear from Ace too. Then night flips maybe.

We're going to learn more about this day phase than we would have originally, although I'm not fond of the duel being used so early.

Why?

If it's a fake claim, he came up with it pretty quick. If it's his real role, it doesn't tell us a lot as it can be either alignment.

I probably would claim immediately as well if someone pitted me in a duel with them, just because I expect most players not to fake it.
