the problem is predictable and safe booking....you don't need blood and curse words to make good wrestling

Yet, for some reason, a lot of Attitude Era smarks think blood and cussing is needed. Sure, some blood can help a certain type of match get over (like you can't have a Hell In A Cell without blood. It just looks wrong) but it definitely doesn't make the product watchable or not.

Speaking as an "Attitude Era Smark" or as I prefer "fan," I can say I certainly don't believe blood or swearing makes a product watchable, I personally think CZW is garbage. However if done right and in proper moderation, it can make a product more enjoyable as an adult. I won't say it's need though, as I loved WCW and it rarely had wrestlers blade. WCW was also PG programming for most of its run and I thoroughly enjoyed their product.

The difference with WWE is they don't even book to the full capabilities of the rating. It's geared far too much to children and comes off more G than PG.

But their biggest program is the writing as others have pointed out.

WWE has lost track of how to properly build an angle or how to get superstars over in the right way. All in all the PE Era is failing in every way possible.

CM Punk is still GOD despite all this. And AJ Lee is my Queen. Long live the Queen.

Then you're not one of those Attitude Era dick suckers that think "WWE NEEDZ BLOODDDD~!!!! WE WANT ATTITUDEZ~!!!". You're a fan, as am I. I don't know, those types of fans irk me a bit. Like that's the only "era" that ever existed. Like, ever. And that the company should go back to that.

CM Punk is still GOD despite all this. And AJ Lee is my Queen. Long live the Queen.

He is God. He's our God. But, on the contrary, my friend. AJ is mine. Unless you still wanna run that train we talked about a while back...

Despite all that, I do agree with the rest of your post.

Why is Curtis Axel getting the push? So many other superstars should have been put into this. I think the Bryan heel turn with Heyman would have been amazing, set up a feud with Kane for a while until they push him into the title scene after Ryback gets buried. I think Heyman would have been amazing at really pushing this "weakest link" story line that they have set up for D-Bry at the minute.

The only real issue there is that Bryan is so over as a face right now that they'd risk losing that momentum by suddenly turning him heel. Unlike a lot of other people on the roster, a face Bryan/face Cena title match would actually be really compelling. Also, Bryan is good enough on the mic that he doesn't need Heyman to talk for him, he's more than capable of doing that himself.

I know that Bryan is great on the mic, so is Punk but Heyman always adds something into the stories that push them that bit further. Bryan is probably the most of superstar at the moment but they don't seem to be doing anything with him, keeping him in a tag team is holding him back. Time to let him fly solo.

He's about to, all signs seem to be pointing to Bryan/Cena at MitB, although that's still not 100% confirmed. In the meantime, a little program with Ambrose could be in the works as well. Either way, I'm pretty sure he's next in line for a solid singles push, if Raw on Monday was any indication.

A feud with Bryan and just Ambrose could be interesting, IMO Ambrose is the best wrestler from the shield. If they are pushing him against Cena for MitB, what happens to Ryback?

He'd be in the MitB match and a top choice to walk out with a briefcase. That's just my guess of course.

Ah, I really hope that doesn't happen. Really dislike Ryback, would much prefer to see someone like Barrett win it.

Haha, don't get me wrong, I don't like him that much either, I just figure WWE does enough to keep him in the upper card for awhile after he loses to Cena at Payback. Then again he could beat Cena at Payback, but I figure the odds on that are really, really slim.

Cena will hold the belt for a while longer, I'd bet around 4-6 months or so. What I don't get is, what does Ryback bring to the party so to speak, no original gimmick, the monster thing doesn't really work with Brock floating about and he's shit on the mic.

He's really big, so he'll get as many chances as possible. Meanwhile, yeah, his mic work is pretty bad (that promo where he referred to himself as Beelzebub was horrendous) and I doubt it'll ever get better. They should have just left him face.
