Well my cousins wife said she didn’t have a problem with them when she used them. She only changed to get a female over a male. Does better help not have women working there?

I'd think people complain about Better Help because they're probably the top national brand. When you have the most patients you have the most complaints. Same with any national chain retailer. A mom-and-pop store gets 100 customers and 1 complains. a global company gets 100,000,000 customers and gets 10,000 complaints and they're much worse, when in actuality it's less complaints per capita.

It's got a rough reputation. Just not the best.

It's been linked to actually selling information on their patients to other advertisers between 2017 and 2022. Like the FTC investigated them and found this all out.

The only real true issue is that cost, and me not having health insurance and everything like that. Because it seems to cost between $260 and $400 a month. No way my dad could afford that, and I damn sure can't lmao.

I thought psychiatrists only prescribe drugs? I mean here in Canada that's what they are for they usually aren't for therapy.

Psychiatrists are for diagnosing any clinical disorders and do have medical training including therapy, they're not just for getting drugs. That's how it's been here in America. Psychologists don't have actual medical degrees, largely speaking.
