I'm starting with a list of 35 and narrowing it down from there, and no, there's no jobbers on the list.

Well Jim you can take the amount if suck and times its by the amount of push divided by work rate... I mean really you can't just think about who sucked the most given their push or repeated pushes? Also maybe factor in lack of heat or support of the fans. Of just give me your top twenty in no order and we can go from there.

Well, I came up with a list of 21 (One was a tag team so I didn't feel there was a point in separating them). Most of them are older guys. Just because of the nature of the business, the really bad guys of today are able to have a few good matches thanks to a wrestler carrying them. Not to mention, there's a lot more superstar vs superstar matches, so there's a higher amount of chances of being involved in something decent.

Besides #1 and #2, most of my list order isn't too thought out.
