its not really a vast generalization, proof is in the pudding. the great vast majority of the right, especially in america are bound by ideology way more than the left. its a fact and demontratable in most countries

I understand that, I just find it very frustrating when "right wing moderates" constantly downplay and whataboutthedems every time you point out fucked up shit they do I guess. Its extremely frustrating to watch this shit happen in real time and have ppl say "oh well some repubs arent so bad" like who gives a shit when 95% of them are actively trying to ruin peoples lives and the fabrics of your democracy. it just blows my mind that reasonable people still refuse to do something about it by rejecting them outright. that is all, I just dont get it man

I get where you’re coming from but we just passed a monumental and awesome bill protecting the rights to marriage for everyone and I’m just gonna be happy about that for a minute. That’s all. I’ve also been fighting antisemitism online for the last three days straight.

That’s where my fight is right now. It’s so pervasive and pernicious. I can’t let it become mainstream and normal.

I was stunned to see how mask off some of these guys are getting after being emboldened by Ye. He came right out and said that the country was ruined the moment they allowed the north to win the Civil War and by the passage of the civil rights and immigration acts of 1965.

This is a famous Podcaster by the way not just a random on Twitter. I think free speech is often used as a shield against criticism when you want to say fucked up shit but I do like the idea that these people are feeling more free to say their fucked up shit so I know exactly who not to fuck with because I have seen one or two of those guys’s podcasts now I know to never watch them ever again.

I guess I'm kinda stunned to see you stunned but it reinforces my thoughts that rural areas suck lol granted i didnt see as much antisemitism specifically bc there was only legit one Jewish family in my town but the two brothers i went to high school with were constantly having to just try and brush off holocaust jokes and people drawing swastikas on their notebooks and shit. No outright violence or anything, just coward shit really
