I think it's more likely they try and scapegoat trans people to win over actual LGB (but not T) voters, like "hey we accept you but not THEM" that seems sadly the next wave that we'll have to fight

Most politicians stick with whom will get them the win. Joe Biden has a long history of dubious shenanigans the Democrats forget about. I don’t personally care because I’m not someone that feels ragging on the opposition because they won is healthy or fruitful. He’s the POTUS.

Need to deal and move on is my philosophy.

I will say though MAGA was pretty strong even with wavering wins, but his recent comments and dinner guests have shaken a significant base from underneath him. It’ll be interesting to see when more candidates are announced, but I think the Trump train is losing steam.

Seems very likely, yea. There is already too much splintering within the LGBTQ community going on, from what I have seen.

The constitutional battles are different on these two rulings. I’d be amazed if I could see the argument for allowing opposite marriage and not same sex without violating several discrimination laws and amendments.

This is how I got Dak banned when I asked him to show me the argument for that being legal and he couldn’t.
