indeed, he sucks especially because he's a poster boy for hypocrisy. people may think AOC is a 'nutjob" but at the very least, she seems (i dont follow enough) to put her money where he mouth is and actually walk the walk and seems (again, seems) to actually believe in what she says and wants to implement it. guys like Biden want status quo but keep social issues the same as they were, which is commendable sure but its the bare minimum and there's not really any passion or drive behind it. again, seems very lazy and bare minimum. maybe thats "good" for foreign policy atm but its pretty weak sauce on the domestic front

Socialism by definition is far left. Not just in the US.

Most of whom I’m speaking of leans heavily that way.

And funnily enough as far as human rights goes, and I support those, I have roughly the same Liberal Democrat and Leftist Parties in the UK as I do in the US. I am interested in trying Canada next, too.

for one thing, and I think MOST people both sides of the aisle will agree. we dont need 60+ year olds in charge making policies , shit makes no sense. term limits you got right. need age limit though, and get rid of the minimum age to run for office. You're brain gets worse as you age, not better, and you get more stubborn as you get older. we need the younger generation to work together and not rely on these old dumbasses with their heads up their asses. and yes, Bernie is a cool dude but he's way too fucking old to be relatble.

No one is saying there can’t be social programs. No first world country would survive without them, but there is a difference between what’s known as common goods and the governmental system known as socialism.

I grew up on housing and food stamps. Anyone that thinks we shouldn’t have any government assistance just isn’t thinking and we definitely need common goods like police, roads, fire departments etc.

I grew up on housing and food stamps. Anyone that thinks we shouldn’t have any government assistance just isn’t thinking and we definitely need common goods like police, roads, fire departments etc.

Man looks lost half the time he does a speech and have you seen the clip where the cue cards give specific instructions on how to site and introduce himself and basic stuff like that. It’s sad, honestly.

I wouldn’t even call him a good dude. Man was responsible for the crime bill that most leftist activists used to rally against for creating the school to prison pipeline. Clinton famously called black youth super predators when she cosponsored the bill.

In a different world, you could even be a staunch Labour voter if you lived in the UK.
I'm not the biggest advocate of government assistance myself as I feel over in the UK it needs massive reform.
