I get why it was asked. Certain people currently elected made it way too known they wanted to pack the courts so it’s a fear that’s what they might be trying to do.

It's not any Supreme Justice's place to say tho tbf. That is a matter for the Senate and the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court's only job is to interpret and enforce the law, not enact laws.
