I remember reading that pin reverse is already not allowed in the rules. But wouldn't stomp be included in spamming?

The stomping thing is included as spamming. So if it's spammed, just report it to me with evidence and I'll take care of it. And since the update, I haven't seen it possible to reverse pin attempts.

Can you post a picture without his jacket? Curious as to what his attire looks like. As for the entrance, a little less Finn Balor and fixing some of the timing on the lighting changes would make it pretty good.

Yeah, I pretty much used Finn's entrance as far as motion was concerned, when I mixed it up the transition felt awkward and Finn's was the only entrance that seemed bizarre but not in a goofy way :-/

The caw is nice, simple yet different. I like it. As for the entrance, try mixing in some of Baron Corbin's (or other guys who just kind of walk to the ring without paying much attention to the crowd). Your guy doesn't really seem bizarre (by promo or appearance). He seems more like a tough guy who is very serious and straight to the point, and also takes his opponents very lightly (like Baron), so the playing to the crowd that you get from Finn's entrance just really doesn't fit him.
Also, for the entrance attire, I would recommend switching to Viktor's jacket from 2K15 rather than Cody's. I think it would fit the attire more.

In all honesty, I don't think that you should make him crazed. I feel like the overconfident, straight to the point tough guy would be a good gimmick for you, and it would be something different this year as @TheFrostyBlur is already planning to do the gimmick that you seem to be wanting.
Overall, your character and how you develop them is really your choice, nobody else's. I just wanted to give you some suggestions that I think would work well for you

Edit: Also, Loki was a very overconfident guy who never really took anyone who stood up against him as a serious threat. So going off of that would easily give you a reason to have the nickname Loki

Oh I definitely appreciate it, trust me. I do see what you mean though. When I thought Loki it gave me the 'god of mischief' idea instantly that's why i veered off in that direction, but this could work very well too.
