I should think about that one too. I'm just really excited about this because it's my first biography DVD

Re: Wrestling DVD's Thread!

I finally ordered some PWG DVD's even though I'm trying to save my money right now, I figure they'll be worth it.

Flair's other two DVDs are awesome as well. The Ultimate and The Definitive Collections.

As much as I love Bret Hart and the rest of the Hart Family, I haven't even considered buying the DVD. There's far too many double dips to make it worth it.

The only thing that would tempt me to pick it up for cheap was to have Hart Brothers vs Steiners on DVD. Easy WWE tag MOTY.

Man, that Flair/Morton cage match was awesome.

There's so many good matches on it. Also it's an interesting documentary

Fuck you all. Bump!

Undertaker: The Streak DVD cover:

The 50 Greatest Finishing Moves In History DVD cover:

Absolutely love both covers. The one thing that baffles me is on the 50 Finishing Moves cover, the 619 is on there along with the Tombstone, the Pedigree, the Stone Cold Stunner and the Sweet Chin Music. I kinda think they should have put the Rock Bottom on there (or a move that's as iconic) instead, don't ya think?

The 619 seems kind of out of place, IMHO.

Re: Wrestling DVD's Thread!

The 619 is what Mysterio is known for really, I understand why it's there.

I got PWG's Steen Wolf, FEAR, and World's Finest in the mail the other day! Been watching my way through them, at World's Finest now but taking a break for a little bit for some reason... I absolutely love PWG shows! When that crowd starts hitting the ring apron after something amazing I want to join in! Some really fun matches, especially all the tag action! Just too much greatness to describe.

DDT4 is also on it's way now!

Yes but why Mysterio with the other guys that are on there? Obviously that's what he's known for but......why Rey and not Rock or Hogan?

I know its a small thing and really doesn't ruin anything, but I'm just curious as to why he was chosen.

Re: Wrestling DVD's Thread!

Because Rock or Hogan aren't known for their finishers as much as Rey, they're more known for their all around personality and this is a finishers DVD cover dammit!!!!

HULK HOGAN ISN'T KNOWN FOR HIS LEG DROP?!?!?

Castiel......I hate you. I really do. You suck so bad!

But other than that, I still think its a badass cover.

Of course he's not known for his leg drop! He's known for telling everyone to eat their vegetables, real American theme, his mustache and skullet, etc.

When someone says "leg drop", more than half the time, you think of Hogan. Not saying that's the ONLY thing he's known for but the leg drop is absolutely synonymous with Hulk Hogan and YOU KNOW IT, BUCKO!!!
