Ex-Huskies QB Mack follows DeBoer to Alabama

QB Austin Mack, who redshirted for Washington last season, is staying with former Huskies coach Kalen DeBoer and transferring to Alabama.

I'm starting to think that this was the reason Julian Sayin announced today that he was transferring. Yes, it sucks if that were the case but I'm eager to see what Mack can bring to the table.

Meh, UGA ain't losing nothing serious. Vandagriff was good in high school because he had a well recruited team around him. He will still be 3rd strung unless he goes Division II. He can go back to Prince Avenue and coach with his dad I guess.

The difference is Alabama has lost 7 projected starters to the portal (our top 2 receivers, left tackle, and 4/5 members of the secondary)

I highly doubt most of those Georgia players were going to start
