Preece to RFK in the Kroger 60 official. Todd Gilliland to the Love's 34 car for FRM.

Corey Heim to the 35 car for 23XI next year.

Adding a driver when part of their lawsuit is how they could lose drivers without a charter, might not be the best strategy.

It's certainly....a decision. Then again, this is the same team that said, "Screw your charters, we'll run as an open team" before filing injunctions that would have allowed them to get charters because they didn't want to be forced to run as an open team. If you were teaching a class on how NOT to handle an anti-trust suit, I feel like 23XI is a great example

Like don’t get me wrong, since it would really help out teams, I hope they end up winning the whole thing, and the charter system becomes better for every team. But like yeah, when one of your things is about how you could lose drivers because of this, adding them isn’t the best choice.
