Alternatively, there's 4th and 5th degree murders, which are involuntary manslaughter and unintentional vehicular manslaughter. Involuntary Manslaughter is very simple, it's a homicide where intent wasn't present and was the result of an accident or negligence. IVM is like a drunk driver killing someone with their car.

Minnesota too has Felony Murder, which is generally if you kill someone while committing a felony. It is essentially a voluntary manslaughter that carries a 2nd Degree Murder sentence.

This is actually an interesting topic here. There is some speculations that Antifa may actually be an under cover white supremacy group. I mean, they do go into black neighborhoods and destroy their businesses, homes, etc. Just like the democrats did 100 years ago. Hmmm... What party do these kids usually vote for too? Why do they always show up when Black Lives Matters have their protests and turn them violent? So they can shift the blame.

Please tell me you don't think he was shoved hard enough to have been pushed down. Anyone who has actually been in a fight can tell you he wasn't. Anyone who had trained to fight can tell you that too. Unless that one cop that actually laid hands in him (one hand to by the way) is the incredible hulk, it ain't possible.

The cop barely touched him. An old man like that shouldn’t be getting in the faces of police who were there to stop assholes from causing problems. The media is absolutely making that seem like something it wasn’t. Every report you see now is going to be anti-cop. He hardly touched him. The media wants people to hate cops. It’s not a good thing to go throwing out there. You can see the old man was tended to seconds later, it’s not like he was left to die.

I mean, I saw the video here late last night, I was tired and may have missed something, but, all I recall seeing was the old man in their faces, one officer put his hand to his upper body, man went back and fell.
