I agree with you, it's like people didn't watch SmackDown for a while. He had some good weekly matches especially in a period where there was no Rey, Edge, or Taker. He wasn't like Goldberg at all just squashing people.

I'm still in the Dave and Taker should've main evented 23 boat because they had the best match of the night

But it started because of Keith's post (which really wasn't that bad, just implied the wrong thing about Batista and squashes) and then you guys go off on your "He's not 5'9 ROH guy so everyone on the Internet hates him" shtick when there's like 2 people on this site that even like ROH and the majority of the people in this thread have been praising Batista. It's annoying when that's what threads turn to. It's just the exact opposite extreme of Tapout's post in the Survivor Series Buyrates thread and is equally annoying.

Thanks for the support Chris but I did see that response coming.

To be clear I was saying that the big appeal of Batista is his impressive look, and the big power moves, so unless you have a very good storyline which is booked to suit him such as with the HHH feud or the Cena feud (where he was kinda of playing himself), and a talented worker then the fans do start to lose interest.

Nice try but you fell flat on your face. I never said every single person ever says this about Batista or even any specific person on this forum or anything. Its no secret that alot of people dismiss Batista because he's a big guy, its way of the smarky fan, who thinks only little guys can wrestle. You need big powerhouses like Batista though for variety and he proved himself a very capable big match performer numerous times over. I'm not trolling one bit, I'd say you're trolling as you pretend nobody has ever talked shit about Batista. This forum is pretty pro Batista admittedly, but the indy marks are losing their shit on other forums/sites bitching about it. It as a general term about those people who give him no credit. But hey jump to your wild accusations.

Yeah they had the best match of the night that night, but would they of had that match if they main event? Cause I’ve head interviews from Dave and Taker that they went out and killed themselves because they were pissed that they weren't main eventing.

Don't see how he fell flat on his face when seriously damn near every other post is a diss guys who came from ROH and anyone who could be a fan of them. There was little reason for you to make that kind of post in here when Keith's post had nothing to do with "Batista can't wrestle because he is a big guy and didn't come from ROH" If you're going to push this agenda at least push it at a time where it makes sense. You're no better than any indy smarky fan who would have the he is a big muscle guy who can't work as good as a ROH guy deal with your anti anybody who ever came from the indies deal.
