If you're town I don't really see how abstaining on your vote here is productive. D1 has been active enough that there's a lot of information in it. Taking the stance of not voting is basically saying you haven't found someone to be super scummy and that tells me that wolf hunting is not taking place. These ideas and thoughts shouldn't belong to someone that is town.
