Pittsburgh Steelers (AFC) vs. Green Bay Packers (NFC)
February 6th, 2011
Cowboys Stadium

Next week one of the biggest sporting events in the world will occur. The Superbowl is back again for another year and even though I can't stand NFL I am always interested in who makes it and who wins.

Are there any NFL fans here? Will you be watching it live?

PACK ATTACK!

I'll definitely be watching it and supporting my team; Green Bay.

They've had a great run thus far in the playoffs and now they're finally into the big one. A-Rodge has had a monster post-season and has to be considered among the elite QBs of the NFL, such as Brady, Manning & Brees, if Green Bay win this.

Ohhhhh Sugarrrr!

Me and Dod gonn' party like it's 95 up in here if the Pack win.

I really think they will. I believe our D is quite underrated and if our running game keeps grinding out yards and A-Rodge gets some good early throws in to get his eye in we will be fine. Should be a HUGE game, titletowns baby.

I'll be watching it live, BBC coverage, can't wait.

Boo ya. :p

Yeah, our defense has been solid. Matthews, Hawk and Tramon Williams have stood out to me in the post season. Williams' last gasp interception on Vick was priceless.

Think I'll stick with Sky Sports for my coverage. Can't stand that Jake (the former CBBC presenter) guy they send out there every year.

Wish I had the choice this year homie, the fam had to cut sky sports from the Sky package as a cost-cutting measure. It's like the coalition government in here :p

Matthews is pure BEAST. No doubt about it there's your defensive leader when Woodson gives it up because he's got it all and can see the whole game. Hawk is a legend too, that's true and our cornerbacks are bigger game changers than I think people may have thought when some of our boys went down with injury.

There are less than two days until the Superbowl.

What are people's picks for the winner of the game and by how many points?

Great game. A-Rodge is a monster!

Packers had to hold out for that and showed great character to withstand the second half barrage Steelers threw at them; there was a lot of pressure on Rodgers in the second and he fought through that to drag Packers out of the dirt. That completion to Jennings in the 4th was utterly awesome.

Only thing to say is good for Aaron Rodgers, gives a big middle finger to Brett Favre and any doubters who thought he wasn't going to amount to anything. Other than that, I'm glad football is done, now I can stop pretending like I give a shit about it.
