Do you or anyone you know do strange things in their sleep? I don't mean dreams or snoring, I mean weird shit like sleep walking, talking, etc
One thing I often do lately is I'll start to fall asleep and I'll be literally 2 minutes from it, my brain has already clocked out for the day... but then suddenly for some reason the rest of me wants to wake back up and I'll sit up looking around the room utterly clueless of where I am or how I got there. I snap out of it after about 10 seconds when my brain boots back up, but it's a really weird feeling and I can always remember it afterwards.
Also when I'm staying up late and I start getting seriously tired but I'm forcing myself to stay awake, I guess I just start dreaming consciously because I'll say the most random shit that has nothing to do with anything. Once I started babbling to my wife about my 7th grade computer science teacher (who I haven't seen in over 10 years). I didn't realize what I was saying until she asked me, "Who is Dr. Scott?"
I hope I don't become Tyler Durden one day, because that's exactly what I think about every time I snap out of these little episodes. None of this happened to me until I was 24-25.
