Sin Cara wrestled his first WWE match of 2012 at a WWE Supershow Saturday night in Florence, South Carolina. Cara suffered a knee injury near the end of 2011 and has been out of action since.

Cara defeated Hunico in the opening match of the house show and is advertised for WWE's tour of Mexico next week.

This likely means we'll see Sin Cara back on TV sooner than later.

Awesome news that he is coming back. He has a lot of potential and can be a huge draw with the Mexican fan base and can also put on a good match with a guy like Mysterio down the line at a PPV. Great asset too if they do this cruiserweight show that's rumored to happen. But he needs to slow his work down and put in some more work getting used to the WWE style. Half his botches have been the other guy at fault. And he has also declared that with the light effects they use for his matches he can barely see (because of his mask).

When he's not screwing up he's fun to watch, so this is good news.

Great news, I always enjoyed him on SmackDown regardless of any botches. Adds some much needed starpower, credibility or whatever you want to call it to the mid to upper midcard.

Ughh, not a fan.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if they used him as filler on the PPV tonight, they have to kill a lot of time.

I like him, he's a good draw that they rushed to the main card way too fast. I blame WWE much more than I blame Cara for the lackluster original run. The injury may have been a good thing actually, let him get used to things more.

I will be glad to see him back on television. Yes he had a few botches but it was still one of the most entertaining new characters WWE debuted last year. Smackdown sorely missed him and with Mysterio seemingly on his last legs WWE need him back to take that hispanic face spot from him.

I was at SS when he got hurt. You knew it right away. The guy is a disaster. They might need to scale him back a little until he is a little less dangerous.

His injury at SS was a fluke injury though, it happened as he was running to the ropes, can't do much to stop something like that happening. Similar to how HHH's quad went when he hit a spinebuster, simple common move but he suffered an unlucky injury. Sometimes you get unlucky and in this instance it was a serious case of badluck and not because of his high flying moveset.
