I know with wanting to keep the kiddies in line and keep them interested in the product, I was wondering can they make Santino a decent character or will he be stuck in that comedy/jobber role his entire career? I think he could get a serious role for awhile but I doubt that it will last. I think he is forever the comedy guy that will suck and job out to people all the time and get the occasional win.

I also want to know your thoughts on the paring of him with Emma?

It seems highly unlikely that he'll be anything serious high in the card in the WWE. He's been a comedy lowcarder since...2008? How many wrestlers do you know that has been a comedy wrestler for six years had their career turned around with a serious push? In fact, I'd say his more likely future is being released in a few years' time.

Santino works in his role and plays the part perfectly, so I can see him continuing along with it for the foreseeable future. A funny thing about these situations is that some people think it's a bad thing to be a comedy character such as Santino or 3MB. Let's try to keep in mind that these guys are still living their dream AND getting paid for it. Sure it may not be the same as being at the top of the card, but at the end of the day wrestling NEEDS guys like Santino so it should in no way be seen as a slight on him that he's playing this particular role.

I can honestly see Santino being around for along time myself. He will be around as long as he gets a reaction from the crowd that is decent. When he starts getting little to reaction he will be gone until then we will be seeing the cobra and his trumpeting.

Does TNA count? :shifty:

Ha. No, companies on the verge of dying and have been an utter mess for a couple of years does not count. When you're at that point, there's no telling what a company is bound to do. Look at WCW in 2000, if you need plenty of examples.
