I think they're going to do Sheamus vs Cesaro. It's noticeable that they have been holding back in their recent matches (at least on Raw they were), probably because they're going to wait to go all out on the PPV for the belt.

I like the idea of sheamus vs cesaro I just don't expect the ppv to be great... but more power to em
Yeah, the overall PPV I'm not sure will be that great but this match has the potential to be.
Yup gotta have a few slow PPVs I suppose; MITB is like 28 days after Payback so that won't be too bad of a wait for things to pick up.
It's not all slow I suppose but it's definitely not the best they can do

Wyatt/Cena in a LMS match: Cena works so well in that environment. And it becomes that much bigger if an opponent can put him down that hard. The only thing comparable with Cena is an "I Quit" match, but he's never lost one of those and it's not time for him to do so. Evolution/Shield II (or 3 or 4 or whatever...doesn't matter): these guys have proved they'll go all-out for a PPV match and it will be amazing to watch. I'm pretty sure Batista gets "injured" or something at Payback to let him go do movie promotion. Perhaps that leads to a new Evolution member or it leads to Evolution's second run ending, either of which can be good for business.
RVD/BNB should be an excellent match. They both know how to work (more Barrett now than RVD) and I think Barrett knows how to get a good show out of Van Dam. Usos/Wyatt Family for the Tag Titles should be a fun match. I expect the Wyatts to win if this is the case. Sheamus/Cesaro has a great deal of potential and would allow them both to show what they're capable of. Rose/Swagger (another one I'm pretty sure will happen) will be interesting. And we'll finally get to watch Adam Rose wrestle a match on the main roster (no bonus points if he has a "warm up" match prior to Payback).

What is confirmed so far? RVD vs BNB for the IC title... Rose vs Swagger... Cena vs Wyatt LMS... Shield vs Evolution 6 man tag elimination.

lmao only person on this whole forum who gives a shit about anything BVD does. Still though, RVD > Your straight edge savior. Pepsi tastes like shit.
He's one of them, I'm not necissarily a fan of RVD's but I do find entertainment in an slightly elderly gentleman with a slight beer gut performing moves like that. I think he still has relevance depending on the scenario, it'll be nice giving Wade a rather seasoned vet like RVD as his first PPV defense especially if RVD can work well enough with Barrett to put him over while not seeming like he's out of his league.
Once Swagger jobs to Rose I feel it's time to put Swagger back on the map that way they can try and get a Cesaro/Swagger feud that looks more legit than if they were to do it right now or right after Adam Rose beats swag city.
I haven't watched WWE since WM and don't intend to. I haven't even seen Rose.
