If the triple main event of Extreme Rules is repeated at Payback I'm gonna watch TNA or some shit
Lol that's some harsh punishment.

I also hope Barrett is on the card to deliver the "bad news" to the Chicago marks at the start of the show that their hero CM Punk isn't gonna be here tonight.
Why you would put your self through the torture of making your self watch TNA?If the triple main event of Extreme Rules is repeated at Payback I'm gonna watch TNA or some shit
Well, TNA hasn't been that great recently either. And I also don't think we should start burying Batista because Meltzer or some mark said Dave didn't want to put him over. All I saw was Batista being beat clean by DB at WM and Reigns at ER. Anyway, yeah, they're repeating the triple main event, and although that doesn't make me very excited, well... it doesn't kill the PPV (and we all know that with monthly PPVs this stuff is bound to happen).
Someone reminded me of this match, not really worth the watch but worth posting.
The match was pretty one-sided, but the story was about establishing Bryan as someone with heart and all of that. Match lasted 5 minutes and Bryan was so competitive that Batista lost a Beat the Clock Challenge, and he even got a LeBell Lock in. Considering this was "0-9 on NXT" Bryan vs "I'm getting my rematch for the WWE Championship" Batista, that's quite a lot to give a guy. Also, he put over Bryan at Wrestlemania. Based on his history, big Dave might be a Danielson mark.
I do remember that match, when DB was a geek who jobbed to rookies every week he went there and gave Batista a run for his money. I don't buy that he just went "well he's small I'm not losing again".
--www.PWMania.comBatista felt that him losing to someone smaller than him, after he tapped out to him at WrestleMania XXX and right before he’s going to appear in a big summer blockbuster movie, wouldn’t be a good fit for him and would not be a good way for fans to remember him until he returns again... Batista is still expected back for SummerSlam.
You may be right. I just don't like reading reports and immediately jumping to conclusions, because you know, reports may not be accurate. But it may have happened, who knows? It's hard to believe it but Batista has always had somewhat of an attitude to this kind of thing; he's never been one to accept "kayfabe" in the fullest IMO.
I would not be surprised if he actually said something along those lines about DB.
This is one statement I found regarding the matter: (Take it or Leave it; it pretty much just sums up what other dirt sheets/rumor mills are saying)

Payback looks shit. They're doing Shield vs Evolution which is fine with me, but having D-Bry vs Kane AGAIN with Bryan just getting his ass kicked all over the ring over and over again is just stupid. The Usos don't have a feud and we're not sure what the rest of the midcard is going to be doing.
