I know Slim had a big issue with that, so I tossed it in there.
Basically, televised means that the RP is being filmed and seen by the ACW audience. Untelevised means it's not being filmed. Basically, your opponent could respond to a televised RP but can't to an untelevised one because it's happening outside of the arena. We can dump that if need be.
