They didn't cash in on the Miz/Mizdow thing correctly, they didn't cash in on the Twitter exchange between Rock and Lana earlier.. Rock should have been an entrant and eliminated Rusev, they didn't cash in on the Dust Bros confrontation.. a couple slaps and then it became an afterthought. They didn't cash in on Reigns eliminating Big Show cleanly.. all that teasing of "you can't knock me over the top rope and nothing came of it.
