Rollins vs Reigns sounds like a Raw match or at best the main event of a B-PPV, not a Wrestlemania headliner. If Rollins or Reigns were to headline, they need to be working with a more established name in order for it to feel like a marquee Wrestlemania main event (which is what Reigns is about to do with Lesnar.)
