Jeff Hardy won the WWE title from Edge on December 14th 2008 at Armageddon. He lost the title to Edge on January 25th 2009 at Royal Rumble in a No DQ match. He won the World Title from Edge on June 7th 2009 at Extreme Rules in a Ladder Match. He lost the title to CM Punk that same night. He won it back on July 26th at Night of Champions. He lost it back in a TLC match on August 23rd 2009 at Summerslam. He won the Vacant TNA Title on October 10th 2010 at Bound For Glory in a triple threat match with Kurt Angle and Mr. Anderson. He lost the title to Anderson on January 9th 2011 at Genesis. He won it back on February 13th 2011 at Against All Odds in a Ladder Match. He lost the title to Sting on the March 3rd 2011 Impact.

Yokozuna

Yokozuna won the WWE title from Bret hart on April 4th 1993 at Wrestlemania. He lost the title to Hulk Hogan that same night. He won the title back on June 13th 1993 at King of The Ring. He lost the title to Bret Hart on March 20th 1994 at Wrestlemania.

Hardy gets my vote because during the spell he won the World Title he had hit his peak and was brefly a very good talent. WWF did a great chance in promoting Yoko and he had a great look, but he was a very poor worker.

True but the feuds weren't. Yoko's feud with Luger was a great feud even if the matches were brutal and his feud with Bret was even better. Hell even the one with Hogan was decent.

No decent moves in the ring, he done shit that would please the crowd in the moment, but couldn't please me at all. the only new thing that Jeff brought to the table was an actual table.

If Jeff wins the next round, regradless of who he comes up agaisnt, then the voters are idiots.
