Went for a sling here, Cade & Murdoch. Both had great gimmicks and held some great matches, they were also fairly under-rated.

To be fair I think Edge and Jericho would have had a good reign if it was not cut short, but as that didn't happen I had to go with Cade and Mudoch who were quite underated IMO.

Keith makes the same point I was going to make. Edge and Jericho never got a fair go at being a team because of Edge's unfortunate injury. Cade and Murdoch were together pretty much during their entire WWE run and were quite great together. Rated Y2J had a lot of potential but it's something that never materialized properly.

Cade and Murdoch easy. Edge and Y2J is coulda/woulda/shoulda sort of scenario.

Always been a fan of old school no nonsense wrestling over new school spotfest crap so I would qualify as a Cade and Murdoch fan. They brought back great memories of the past.

But I think people found their characters or look to be outdated, like you I am a fan of the old school, but at the sametime progression is important. Plus a lot of people just didn't rate them as workers.
