Goldust played that gimmick to perfection and it still sucked. Simon Dean wasn't a bad gimmick, it was pretty funny, but Nova deserved SO MUCH more.

Yeah, Dustin Rhodes tried his best with everything he got but I'm a fan of the Simon Dean character. That was pretty good gimmick for a cocky, undercard heel.

Hardly remembered that Goldust gimmick till now. Was annoying how much people kept trying to bite off Prince's artist formerly known thing. Goldust gets the vote here.

Wow, a bit surprised at all the votes for Goldust, I enjoyed that gimmick as I found it fresh from the Goldust character. I also really didn't mind Simon Dean either, but gets my vote here for sure.

I loved the Goldust character and this was like self-destruction of it. Went with him. Simon Dean was bad but mildly entertaining.

Goldust's gimmick was horrible and another rip off of that artist crap. Was just a lame gimmick so yeah that gets my vote. Simon Dean wasn't a good gimmick but it was okay and not a problem to watch. He could provide some laughs as well imho. But, he also got annoying.

Sorry, never liked Simon Dean and Goldust was always an eyecatcher..lol

Goldust bombed whenever he ventured outside his comfort zone, but Nova is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, and I can't stress how dumb that gimmick was......they changed one of the hottest high flying cruisers in the game to a generic worker in a lame act.

Both were noivty gimmicks which had a limtied shelf life. Its a close one because both had merit in their own ways and both sucked in their own ways, but I went TAFKAG because Dean's actually went somewhere whereas after a while the Artist one was just was just a set up gimmick for him to be killed by bigger stars.

I used to root for poor Simon to win, just ONCE. LOL. I was pretty mad at him that one time he interrupted Stacy, though.
