Honestly I don't really rate either guy on the mic....Went with Funk mainly because if Dreamer was voting, he would vote for Funk

Funk's promos often get overlooked because of his nutty ring style, still he knew how to tell a great story on the mic, just watch his interaction with Flair I think its post Flair/Steamboat at WrestleWar 89.

I actually like both guys but Funk is the original emotionally unstable promo guy. Foley the GOAT in my opinion stole from Funk quite a bit.

Funk was the shit, he was insane and it got him over......Also got him some work in hollywood with that style.
