ROH Final Battle 2012 iPPV Discussion Thread

Jerry Lynn returns for his final match with ROH at the PPV. The mark inside of me can't help but look forward to this.

Elgin vs. Strong has been added to the card. That should be a really fun match, even though it should have happened months ago.

Worth the wait though. I knew it would happen at this PPV all along, but halfway expected it to be for the belt before Steen beat Elgin at Glory By Honor.

Looks like a pretty damn good card for any wrestling fan. I may have to check this out.

Lethal/Rhino has been confirmed. The match should be just fine, but I find it hard to care for it that much. So far the only matches I'm looking forward to are Steen/Generico & Elgin/Strong.

Yeah not pushed on that match either. Both are fine, but I just can't seem to ever look forward to either of their matches, no matter who they're facing.

It looks like American Wolves vs. O'Reilly and Fish could be announced soon, which would be cool. I'd really like to see the American Wolves team up again, I hated how things ended for them leading up to their match at Final Battle last year. The whole Dan Severn angle was just a complete mess, and did nothing for either man.

ROH just didn't know what to do with the feud so they just announced Dan Severn as the trainer. Vince Russo move right there but ROH is all about wrestling so I really didn't care. Feuds in indy companies don't always work out so I just got over it.

Seeing The American Wolves team up again would be great as I'm not liking Davey as of late but Eddie and Davey in a team again would be better as Davey would get back on the track because when it comes to tag team wrestling he won't be allowed to do much of his MMA stuff which I find completely ridiculous.

American Wolves teaming up against O'Reilly & Fish is officially confirmed now. That match is going to be damn good.

Ordering IPPV's , American Wolves are fine. I do wanna see Cole/Edwards or Roddy/Edwards become a full time team.

Nothing's wrong with ordering ROH iPPVs if you're a fan of watching either a black screen, or audio/visual problems for 3+ hours.

I take it you've never read about all the problems they have with streams cutting out all the time.

I have heard a couple of things. But have never seen it first hand. So it's probably safer to just buy the DVD?

The last ROH, I watched it via WMR-Sports, first fifteen minutes I had problems but after that it went smooth.
