RAW Five-Point Preview:

20150329_RawPreview_Rollins_LIGHT_HOMEPAGE.jpg

Many people call WrestleMania the “season finale” for WWE, which means the first Raw after The Show of Shows marks a new year for the WWE calendar. What unforgettable moments, memorable chants and match-of-the-year candidates will take place when Raw airs live on USA Network at 8/7 C?

What’s in store for the Rollins era?
01_WM31_Photo_416article.jpg

For the first time ever, a Superstar cashed in his Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania. With Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns both down, Seth Rollins set up an impromptu Triple Threat Match and Curb-Stomped Reigns to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

What will Lesnar and Paul Heyman have to say about the controversial ending to WrestleMania? Will Rollins escape The Beast Incarnate’s wrath? And what will Rollins’ first move as champion be when Raw airs?

What’s next for Roman Reigns?
03_WM31_Photo_430article.jpg

Roman Reigns promised he could and he would defeat WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. He fought valiantly and may have been seconds from victory, but came up short against the titleholder thanks to Seth Rollins’ shocking Money in the Bank cash-in.

How will the 2014 Superstar of the Year and the 2015 Royal Rumble Match winner react to losing his first title opportunity under such chaotic circumstances?

Plus, what will the “Samoan badass” have to say to his former Shield partner Rollins for interrupting his WrestleMania WWE World Heavyweight Title Match?

One rivalry reignited, another sparked?

03_WM31_Photo_342article.jpg

In the wake of Triple H’s shocking victory against “The Vigilante” Sting at Levi’s® Stadium, Stephanie McMahon and the COO took a moment to brag about their power on The Grandest Stage. The Authority reminded everyone listening that they own everyone and everything. But much to The Authority’s disgust, The Rock and UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey confronted the couple mid–power trip.

What repercussions will come from Rock and Rousey bouncing sports-entertainment’s most powerful couple from the ring?

And what will Stephanie McMahon have to say about her onetime friend Rousey disrespecting her at WrestleMania?

Who will challenge the new champions?

04_WM31_Photo_305article.jpg

John Cena and Daniel Bryan are more than familiar with WWE gold. Cena captured 15 WWE World Heavyweight Championships, while Bryan claimed four in as many years.

The two megastars both left WrestleMania with titles, with Cena winning the United States Championship from Rusev and Bryan grabbing the Intercontinental Championship in a 7-Superstar Ladder Match.

So who will be the first challengers to step up against Cena and Bryan? Will Rusev and Bad News Barrett look to reclaim their lost prizes? And is a new era underway for these storied championships with such dominant Superstars now in their possession?

Are Nikki’s days as champion numbered?
05_WM31_Photo_230articleimage.jpg

Nikki Bella has reigned supreme over the Divas division for 126 days. Together with her sister Brie, she’s been tearing through the competition — and kicking them while they were down. The challengers have come, and they’ve all fallen.

But at WrestleMania inside Levi’s® Stadium, AJ Lee forced the Divas Champion to submit to the Black Widow, earning her and frenemy Paige a victory on The Grandest Stage.

How will the Divas Champion respond to being defeated at The Show of Shows? And has AJ proved she deserves a title opportunity against the Fearless Diva?

Tune in to Raw at 8 est/7 cst on USA Network, and don’t miss Raw Pre-Show at 7:30 ET, only on WWE Network.

Oh my, RAW after 'Mania looks great! Gotta feeling we'll see Rollins vs Reigns vs Lesnar set up, possibly for Extreme Rules. Cena vs Rusev and Bryan vs Barrett possibly happen tonight, Sheamus could return to feud with Bryan too.

The pay-off for Big freakin' Show winning the Battle Royal should come tonight if there is any. And I'm sure Sting will have a few words. GET HYPE.

I'll be interested in where they go w/ Reigns. I still think him laughing/smiling at getting his ass kicked was corny and I hope that doesn't become "his thing".

hoping for DB vs DZ

Can't wait to see where they go w/ this Big Show guy after his big win

Tonight's episode could be stellar, I'm actually pretty hyped. Don't mess it up, WWE.

That brawl felt a bit weird. It was like Team WWE vs Team TNA. lol

While I marked out when DX & nWo came out, aren't Nash and Hall all buddy-buddy with Trips, so why help Sting? I did like the match, though. But it kinda felt weird at some bits.

You nailed it with the TNA line. It felt exactly like something TNA would have done. Then I come on here and people were like "holy shit marked for that Sting match!". I'm like ehhhhhhh

Even worse than the real life kliq aspect being ignored is the kayfabe aspect of Sting and NWO were bitter enemies but they came down to help him out... against their best friend Haitch lol

edit: PLUS I had to see fucking X-Pac

Please tell me that they were the reason why Sting lost. Surely they didn't just have them brawl and then suddenly Triple H pins Sting clean... :O

Anyways, I wonder what happens with Rollins now, could be interesting. Orton pinned him last night so he deserves a match with the champion. Lesnar gets his rematch anyways, Reigns is still up there in contention, Ambrose could come over now and both Cena and Bryan could get fights with Rollins as the midcard champions. Maybe they cement a Rollins face turn by having him fight Big Show? Can't see why else they would give Big Show the Battle Royal win, unless giving him a title shot because of it (even though Cesaro got jack shit last year) or if he then jobs to Mizdow tonight, which would be welcome.

Lesnar can't get a rematch because no way Lesnar is losing to Rollins. Lesnar is gone for the foreseeable future

I see Rollins holding on to the title till SummerSlam, where he loses it to either Lesnar or Reigns.

I just hope they turn him face somehow out of this. If we get a lame ass reign of him being a chickenshit hiding behind two bald assholes in suits like he has been for the past however many months it sounds horrible. Especially if he is doing this vs Rollins/Reigns. zzzzzz

Triple H hit Sting in the head with the head of the sledgehammer, which Sting had broken earlier with his bat.

Wow, and no D-Generation X members interfered just before this? I'm surprised, I bet a lot of money on Sting winning and it seemed like a no brainer. After all, if Triple H wanted to feel a bit more credible, he could just take out a Big Show or a Kane or a Ryback, and then job to Sting. I smell a rematch though, unless this is a WWE wingasm over WCW.

A triple threat with Orton, where Rollins/Orton possibly break Lesnar's ribs again and Rollins gets a sneaky roll-up on Orton while Lesnar is recovering. Therefore, he never got pinned but takes more time off and comes back with a reason (kayfabe) to get an instant title shot (where Rollins probably shits himself and hopes for another triple threat).
