If the two titles were equal, the world champion wouldn't be waiting for a WWE Title Match. And actually having a title be called the "world" title when it's clearly behind another one, is what sucks. It was passable when it WAS a top championship SOMEWHERE but there's no brands anymore and that title isn't the top title on either show.

Easiest way to make Bryan permanently is to have him beat Cena clean with the Yes Lock and then beat Orton clean with it as well when he tries to cash in right after the match. Will that happen? Probably not, but as I say, its the easiest way to make Bryan.

The more likely scenarios are Bryan losing to Cena or Bryan winning and then Orton cashing in on him. It's sad, but being a wrestling fan for long enough has jaded me to the point where I'm 99.9% sure one of these two things will happen.
