the Rumble match was completely awful. There were NO surprises. No Legends. It was too predictable

Not to mention... & I can't believe nobody mentioned this yet, Roman at #30

WTF was that shit? ....Right up until the actual RR match I was all "I gotta give WWE credit, this has been fantastic for once"

But one of the whole reasons I was feeling like that was because I thought they weren't going to have Roman stink up the WM card... I thought they were going with Strowman Vs Roman because ya know........ that would have made SENSE AND ALL!!!!!

Why the hell did Braun beat down Roman then?? ....He just got done telling Jericho & KO he wasn't doing anything for them ....I was like "YES NO ROMAN IN ANY OF THE 3 MAIN EVENTS!"

No Title match for Roman & NO TAKER for Roman but I should have known WWE weren't that freaking smart... Then to tease us all with the fact Jericho or Zayne could have won staying in that long which would have been AMAZING facing KO at WM.... Only to have Roman come out at #30 instead of ANY surprises just to deliberately piss people off.

I was ATLEAST expecting Joe, HHH, Shinsuke or somebody surprising to win let alone somebody like Angle, Mysterio or The Hardys but no.... NOTHING!!! ...LITERALLY NOTHING!

Even though the Rumble match wasn't going so great I was like "aah it's ok because atleast Roman can't screw things up now" but LOW AND BEHOLD... OUT HE COMES AND SCREWS EVERYTHING UP!!!

I thought before that it was going to be TAKER VS GOLDBERG at WM since Goldberg already squashed Lesnar TWICE NOW & made him look like NO CHALLENGE AT ALL.....

SO WHAT THE FACK IS THE POINT OF HAVING THEM FACE A 3RD TIME AT WM!!!! ????????????????

They could have accomplished that without him winning the RR which he didn't need.... Zayne or Jericho should have won and it's complete bullshit they didn't.

ONLY VINCE MCMAHON can take a 5 hour show that is about 9 or 10 and bring it down to a 2 or 3 at the very last minute, pretty neat trick there Vinny.

I rated it a 3 but I'm rating it a 2 now......... It just keeps going down the more I think about it.

That 2 points is for Styles, Cena, Owens & Jericho..... nobody else.

Never thought I would see the day where Cena was my favorite part of the PPV

overall it was an enjoyable ppv.

I caught from the end of the first pre show match, heard the winners announced from the kitchen lol.

the tag title change on the pre show was nice, although I think it should have been on the main card. they could have kept the usual 1 hour pre show and moved the tag match to the main card and still finished on the normal time.
I like Gallows and Anderson as a tag team, they have a natural "bad guy" look to them, but in the New Day title reign, they ruined their entire tag team division. It's going to take a lot to have G&A look like a credible force. considering they had to beat a... shall I say.... rag tag team. 2 guys thrown together used as transitional champs.

Nia Jax vs Sasha Banks was ok. pretty quick it seemed. I had to run out to the car for a minute and got back inside in time to see the finish.

Charlotte vs Bayley was good, but I figured that Charlotte would retain. she's 20-0 at ppvs. bet bayley wins the title tomorrow on RAW lol. Then obviously loses at the next ppv.....

Owens vs Reigns was surprising great.... well I guess I shouldn't say surprisingly.... its not like I dislike either man too much. I am a Kevin Owens fan for sure. Reigns.... well, I want to like him more. I'm glad owens retained the title though for sure.
We were all trying to think of who could possibly interfere to help owens retain.... tried to think of any Canadian lol.

Rich Swann vs Neville:
not bad.
It seemed very slow for a cruiserweight match. Had a few nice spots sprinkled in here and there, but the ending felt rather abrupt and anti-climatic.

Cena vs Styles was fucking great. Really, Great.
Had me on the edge towards the end. it started out a little slower, so we were talking a fair amount throughout the match but started getting into it after a few minutes. I checked my phone at 8:40 and was like wow its still really early. this might be done real early...... and then we got watching and joking about iron man matches and such... and how this seemed like one, then half an hour later I looked at my phone again, while the match was still going, and realized wow, this has gone on for quite a while... but the time flew by!

That 30 man royal rumble. man.

While it did have some memorable moments, such as braun coming in and obliterating guys left right and centre. The whole Ellsworth skit. Tye Dillinger at #10..... Really though, it writes itself. just glad WWE saw that too! they tend to fuck t

hings up like that lol. The miz getting..... spanked?!?!? cesaro and sheamus going out at the same time. Jericho! fucking guy hid out for so long. what a strategy. I honestly thought he might win. and then they announced hes lasted 59 minutes, and he was gone lol.

The ending.... as the numbers climbed it became more and more obvious that the big 3 were coming out close to each other, at the end. Which was whatever, but also as the numbers climbed the anticipation for someone like Joe, Finn, HHH, Shinsuke, Angle... ANYONE was growing and growing...

then the countdown to the glorious #30 spot. Oh my god.... who could it be who could it be??? 3....2....1.....

....oh.

oh wow. THAT wasn't expected. We all expected the "unexpected" but then the real unexpected came out and TOTALLY killed the vibe. and then eliminated the undertaker??? what?

oh man. what a closing to that royal rumble.

Glad Orton won I guess.
It really could have been worse.

Props to WWE for pulling a huge troll move and shocking us all. lol
