I mean, if it improves things for the future, I am all for it. I am just a bit skeptical right now.

Trust me it won't...and here why I have an issue with this, okay:

Let's say that WWE decided "Oh let's find a way for Roman to protect his championship from Braun...hmm...thinking...thinking...thinking...OH I KNOW, Ambrose came back. How about we give the WWE Universe, The Shield 15.0? They'll be super exciting, our ratings should sky rocket and Roman is protected even more than he ever has been. You like that, Mr. McMahon?". So then this plays out as a few weeks of The Shield and Braun trying to get the upper hand on each other just to pass time to Hell In A Cell. Then there's a bland booked Hell In A Cell match or whatever type with Roman involved and Braun gets into the mix only to not quite cash in again because THE SHIELD 32.79!!!! THEY'RE BACK TOGETHER AGAIN!!! WOOPTY FREAKIN DOO!!! Or they use this whole thing for a couple of weeks leading up to Hell In A Cell but quickly sweep using this whole, "The Shield return" as a fill-in until they figure out another lackluster story/feud between Roman & Finn or Roman & Bobby Lashley or Roman & KO, etc...etc...etc... At least if they focus on making any worthy match between Roman and his next opponent, make it ACTUALLY make sense. If they are going The Shield route always portecting Roman Reigns then let's make these guys all heel. Just stop regurgitating this idea that "all we have to do is join The Shield back up and we're golden for a few weeks to some months". Make the show go completely in a different direction and be entertaining, NOT predictable or repeated.

Even if they had them take over the Raw men's titles, that's not new. They did that during their first time around with only a few titles out of their grasp but each guy held a title at the same time. I just want something a little more creative and thought out before it goes dry in about 2 or 3 weeks.

this could end up being the biggest thing to fuck up Braun's character since putting him with superheel Alexa.

That big fuck up didn't hinder Braun in the slightest.

How is Shield Vs Braun a thrown together lazy filler story lol? It's a war between a swat team and a monster.

Realistically it should have, but between the fans being unreasonably behind Braun despite most of his actions being heel and the fact that no one but the fanfic community gives two fucks about Mixed Match Challenge, it hasn't.

And I'm assuming that second part isn't aimed at me

I mean not 'realistically' more hypothetically. The fact no one gives a fuck about it other then people who like it would not cause any damage at all.

Humanising Braun could of lost he's monster cred, but it hasn't. People seem to like he's human side.

And the constant on going battle between the Riott Squad & Team Diversity
continues as whatever momentum Finn Balor gained from SummerSlam is
flushed down the toilet to make the Plank of Wood strong...while the Shield
reunite again in a desperate attempt to get the fans to cheer for the Plank
of Wood as Ambrose & Rollins are once again forced to sacrifice their own
career progression.
