Hogan was a great heel at first but it got old. Rude never got old with his heel gimmick.

Well Rude was pure gold on impact alone it has to be Hogan.

Have to go for Hulk Hogan. Was one of the biggest heels of all time when he turned and Hollywood Hogan was a great heel.

Rude was good but Hogan gets my vote, he was a face for how long and then he turns heel with NWO and had some amazing work. Amazing how he got the fans to hate him.

Rude is brilliant but Hogan is GOAT status.

Hogan's heel turn was fresh which was why it was so epic. He was the ultimate good guy say your prayers, eat your vitamins, drink your milk and all that trash. Then he comes out like he is going to save WCW but turns his back and joins the bad guys. He was face for the entire time he was popular on tv and then he cashes in when his character was at its absolute most stalest. He had to turn heel cause the fans were going to wind up turning on him eventually. But if it wasn't for Hall and Nash... Hogan's heel turn would not be anything that it turned out to be.

Rude on the other hand was able to do it on his own and made such an excellent career out of it. It was just beyond good. It was really epic. Hogan was good but he needed the other two to make it really work. Rude made it work on his own. Should win this one.

I hate Hogan, and he should just retire from wrestling. So Rude gets my vote

Went with Hogan just barely here because his heel run was just way too huge to go against despite not having the same longevity as a heel that Rude had.

rude was great,but hogan changed wrestling.

Once again I find it silly that one heel run, no matter how good can be put over a whole career and someone who defined what a heel should be like Rude. And like someone said Hogan's run as Hollywood just dragged on too long.

Rude may play a better heel but once again it comes back to how much stock you put into Hogan's turn. I put a lot stock into it and with how amazing it was I have to go with Hogan here.
