I think it's best for both parties. did a lot of really good work and also has his faults. I think he did a great job training a lot of people (though there's a Jade joke to be made from those HHH comments, but I digress). I think his tenure and CD's tenures in talent relations has been lukewarm at best.

Gonna miss him as a talent as well, I always enjoyed his matches and his did well bringing in indie folks for dark.

If the company is coming in a different direction with productions, creative and talent relations - I think that might be a good thing overall. Still, will be a tough guy to replace. wish him all the best wherever he ends up.

Speaking to Joseph Staszewski of the New York Post, Tony Khan was asked about QT's departure.

“I really, really like Mike [Cuellari], QT. I worked with him for a number of years. He has very high aspirations and rightfully so. He’s a very talented person. He’s got a great mind for wrestling and he’s a very talented wrestler. He cares a lot about the people around him. He’s a very giving person. He also does want to have an in-ring career and I think that’s important to him and he is someone that offers a lot to any company and I have only very positive things to say about QT," he said.
