Del Rio and Rey could breathe some serious life into the division if they took a role similar to Jerishow imo. Both are former world champions so give them a long run with the belts, letting them feud with Primo and Epic for 3 PPV's, then onto the uso's who have a heel turn attacking ReyRio. Give the feuds tv time every week on Raw and SD plus PPV matches every time and bam we have a watchable division. Call up Hero and Ceasero after the USO's win the belts they feud. Del boy gets over from Rey's rub leading to us having a big mainevent babyface aswell.

It wouldn't be "random", there's plenty of methods you can make them form a team. Del Rio being punished and forcefully teaming up with his "nemesis" then Rey eventually helping to turn him. Rey getting beaten up weekly by their tag-team feud, Rio only ends up helping on week #4, fans would already be cheering with simple booking like that.

That would work...

Why not rip off TNA's original Wild-Card Tournament?
Established teams:
R-Truth and Kofi Kingston
Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger
Jimmy & Jey Uso
Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks
New teams:
Rey Mysterio and ADR
Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes
Santino Marella and Brodus Clay
Alex Riley and Justin Gabriel

Barrett and Rhodes shouldn't pair but I agree with most of those.

Santino and Clay could be a really good team to put up against up and coming heels like Hawkins & Reks.

It's just piss easy to revamp a division, Rio's face turn will be easy with one of the most recognizable over faces of all time - Rey Mysterio.

I'd love to agree with you, but assuming you'd do this after 'Mania, what will Barrett and Rhodes be doing? Feuding with Khali and Big Show? #toomanyheelsonthisdamnshow

They also have surprsingly good chemistry together.

Everything else you say, preach it, brother.

2012 is the year of Dolph Ziggler, Rhodes, Wade Barrett, Punk and Miz. That's set in stone in my opinion, especially Ziggler Rhodes and Punk.

JR has already said if Dolph and Rhodes aren't champions in 2012 they'd be failures (he generally said that).

The draft is straight after WM pretty much, so Rhodes, Barrett and Miz I think will all be drafted. Cena/Rhodes, Punk/Rhodes could be possible feuds if Cena remains a face and doesn't continue with Rock. Punk/Rhodes/Barrett is likely.

Well then, thought they pushed it back to much later last year (then moved it up due to Edge's retirement)

Hunico and Jinder Mahal. Why not?

Agree with Rhodes, I didn't like him either. Didn't think he had the pedigree to get to the next level but his mic work and ring work are exceptional now.

Interesting with R-Truth. As a heel I thought he should of been pushed more and seen as a psychotic legit contender instead of a comedy crazy guy, he got some serious heat.

As a face though you're right, he needs to be in the midcard or tag-team division and I think they're doing that.

Did some say....... Pedigree?

More important question, WHY PUSH MASON?

Lawler is god awful at commentating. The worst commentator in WWE.

Creative team's fault.

Blame that on the boring matches.
So that, is the creative team's fault.

Not it isn't if Jerry gave a damn he'd feign enthusiasm to sell even the most boring match. He just doesn't care anymore. He just sits there and says shut cole.
