His look is all he has though, he has 0 charisma, mic or ring skills. People compare him to Batista but Big Dave had some great charisma, he drew people to him.

If you wonder why people think this guy should be released, here you go.

He's just a little bigger than Swagger, just lifts more weights. There are plenty of guys WWE can find who are bigger and can perform better than Mason Ryan. Shoot, they have one already in Ezekiel Jackson.

He clearly can't sell either, there's no other reason the match would be wrestled as a big man/little man match. Swagger as a little man? You've gotta be kidding me.

That just reminded me of a match he had with Drew, where he nearly dropped on his neck about 3 times. God that was nasty.

Push: Daniel Bryan - May come as a shock to some, but he seriously deserves a a better push, he's The fucking American Dragon.

Depush: Sheamus - Think most can agree here.

Fire: The Miz - I want this no talent fool off my TV already. Can't stand him.

To be honest Orton isn't even that high up the card these days, a couple of years ago he'd have been my first choice de-push but for me Big Show and Sheymoose are much more irritating.

Mainstream and Crayo have already chosen a few I'd thought about but I'll go..

Push - Daniel Bryan - He should be WWE champion and getting 25 minute + matches every PPV pretty much, he's the best all rounder on the roster. I would've chosen Ziggler but it seems he may be getting his long overdue one.

Depush - Sheamus - Turn him heel and improve his booking and he could be bearable. He's younger than Big Show and has put on some good matches, he also has time to improve. However he still depresses me every time I see him and every time he picks up a microphone it's a total cringefest.

Fire - If I could, Vince McMahon for constantly creating crappy stories + characters and being a stubborn old fucker, but since he's not a wrestler: Big Show - Ruins every fucking segment that's going well, so good to see Punk get the better of him on Raw. Unlike Sheymoose he's got absolutely nothing going for him these days - he could easily put over guys I guess but he's never going to do that and he bores me to do death.

Push: Cody Rhodes, he has grown a lot, and has been part of the company for years. He deserves a World title shot.

De-push: John Cena, he is a 12 time world champion already, he should start putting guys over, not being another world champion.

Fire: Hornswoggle, because he isn't funny, not a good wrestler at all, and just boring.

Push: Joe Hennig. Tried picking a guy who I don't think many people mentioned, he works well in the ring and has improved a ton in the mic since his "Genesis of McGillicutty" promo, could make a good midcard heel if you ask me. Of course, there are many other guys I'd love to see pushed.

Depush: Sheamus. He's been a main eventer for the biggest part of his run in WWE, and his booking as a SD main eventer has bored lots of people, pissed off others and most agree that things shouldn't be like that. Put him in the midcard for a while. Since he's relatively over, it would help the midcard (making it feel like it means something) and probably help the ME scene since Sheamus wouldn't be burying everyone there, which leads me to my new point: this would only work if booked correctly. If Sheamus goes down to the midcard to bury everyone the way he was before winning the Rumble then there's no point. Big Show being depushed while putting talents over could also be an option.

Fire: Khali. Seabs hit the nail on the head: He can barely walk which obviously leads him to being an awful wrestler, his promo skills don't exist so the only two benefits to having him there are that he's big (which lots of other people are, he can easily be replaced) and Indian, which attracts Indian viewers, which could be worked around if they hire an Indian folk who can actually work. Maybe have Khali put him over instead of burying him the way they did to Mahal.
