Dream Master still looks good, but I'm shocked at this one even with the little problems. Even here, the sound is amazing, I can hear a shitload of different voices in the background at the carnival.

Oh, here comes the best part of this movie, Tom and Roseanne!

Maybe that little bit, but Talalay went out of her way to use no continuity from the middle trilogy.
