The acting in that scene between Alice and Rick is a lot better than people realize, provided Alice was actually attempting to add a layer of Kristen's personality to her character in it.

The acting is very well done. With each death Alice picks a small nuance or two of their personality.

Now Alice is using her brain more, channeling Sheila no doubt. I've never really payed this close attention to Wilcox's work here before and she's quickly blowing me away.

Most people don't pay attention to Shaye here but he perfectly establishes Freddy and Alice as foils to one another.
