Personally, I think the "Formation of nWo and it's impact on stables" has some interest to it. The whole concept of a faction changed after the nWo was created. It's a bit less broad than some of the other options.

I agree with this. Some of the others would require us sitting here for months discussing them, while this one should reach a conclusion after a shorter time.

Agreeing with fuji and HF on this choice because the NWO changed how stables have been formed for years now and everyone is trying to duplicate it in small amounts or the whole thing from time to time.

I thought it had been stickied before but anyways, it is now. Based on the amount of votes it's probably safe to assume that nobody else is going to at this point. Still, you can always give others an extra day or two to get in here if you want.
