Booty, this list has been quite enjoyable bro.

I completely forgot about how wonderfully douchey Chet was. I'm going to have to watch Weird Science again soon, what a great movie. I was thinking about The Last Dragon a few weeks ago and considered renting it. Then this list pops up with Arkadian and Sho Nuff, and now I'm dying to get my hands on it. Most of your top 20 come from movies I truly adored as a kid but haven't seen in forever.

Bravo Booty! Bravo!

Glad we still have this. I am bumping it so other people can see it that may not have been here at the time.

You're welcome....damn, wish I could of read that list too, I bet it was awesome. I still look back at the 80's and can't believe how gorgeous some of the women were compared to the sluttiness of today.

I can't make any promises but I can see if I can find a cached or archived copy of it.

Wow I was actually looked this up yesterday and was going to bump it but decided not to.

Three of my favourite comedic villains are not on the list, and they're all from the same movie:

Norm/Tucker (Lee Evans) in There's Something About Mary

This stoner is as despicable as they come. Pretending to be somebody else, constantly lying to Mary, having somebody break his legs to fake a disability. Norm definitely deserves an honourable mention.

Dom "Woogie" Woganowski (Chris Elliott) in There's Something About Mary

The poster boy for stalkers. His obsession for Mary was so huge that he became best friends with his archenemy Ted Stroehmann and married and lived a normal life so Ted wouldn't suspect anything. Woogie is the classic twist villain, you don't see it coming.

Pat Healy (Matt Dillon) in There's Something About Mary

Pat Healy is the definition of sleazebag. He lies to Ted, Mary, and Dom but in the end he gets what he deserves: nothing. He's the typical villain who despite many thwarts against gets what he wants but in the end is empty-handed.

I find Mary overrated so no one from it caught my eye. Any thoughts on the rest of the list?

It's a great list, my personal favourite villain is definitely Fred O'Bannon.

Another villain that comes to mind as an honourable mention is Eddie Martel from The Replacements. He's the ungrateful douche quarterback who tries to make the replacements time a living hell.
