Someone at ease in the thread doesn’t clarify that they haven’t formed an opinion. To me it looks like he was worried how it came across

It's more vibe than anything tangible. Someone coming in and trying to engage and make posts (about the game) early on always strikes me as towny because scum more often than not tend to be a bit twitchy early game and want to take more of a back seat etc. Not a hill I'm going to die on, but wanted to get my FEELINGS out there

I get what you're saying about the fact he made a post that didn't really offer an opinion, but that is actually an example to me of something scum would be way more wary of making so early in the game
