I hope Blackpool don't go down because they have been so sensible with the money received from their promotion to the Premier League. They only increased player spending from around $7 million to around $15 million and put the rest of the money to good use building the club and brand. I hope that they can stay up this season.

Things are really heating up especially after Arsenal beat Man United 1-0 last weekend. The table currently looks like this (-Games Played - Points - Goal Difference):

Man United - 35 - 73 - 38
Chelsea - 35 - 70 - 38
Arsenal - 35 - 67 - 32
Man City - 35 - 62 - 22
Liverpool - 35 - 55 - 15
Tottenham - 35 - 55 - 7

So close and it all comes down to these last few games. Exciting finish to the season.

Some key results yesterday include Everton beating Man City 2-1 and Tottenham and Blackpool drawing 1-1.

Man City should still keep fourth spot due to Tottenham drawing. Blackpool just stay above the relegation zone due to a better GD to Wigan but Wolves have a game in hand and are only two points behind. If they beat WBA tonight they jump out of the relegation zone at least for this week.

Man United vs Chelsea is tonight and the winner gets top spot for the week. Huge match.

Wolves moved out of the relegation zone with a 3-1 win over WBA. They are now one point above Blackpool and Wigan.

In a blow for Arsenal they just lost 1-3 to Stoke. For Stoke that win moved them into the top half of the table. Special mention to Robin Van Persie who scored again, 16 goals in 23 games this season is a great conversion rate.

Man United vs Chelsea is still to come tonight. My prediction is 2-1 to Man United.

2-0 to Man United at half time. Hernandez scores within the first minute and then Vidic double the lead. Not looking good for Chelsea's title hopes.

Lampard scored for Chelsea in the second half but it wasn't enough and the game finished 2-1. I should have thrown some money on exact score, would have been close to 10-1.

Man Utd deserved that win, guys like Giggs and Park were incredible. Also Rooney had a terrific game and was dangerous. Man Utd deserves the title they have been more consistent. Chelsea played decent but starting Kalou was costly. I would have given Anelka a chance. Luiz was poor, he has been since coming to Chelsea but today he looked scared.

You do have to give Chelsea credit though for making a real fight of it, don't forget at one stage they looked to be struggling to hold on to the top four. IMO they are still the best team in the league when all is right, and it is a big summer for them, letting another manager go would be a huge mistake, epsically one this good. Utd do deserve to win the title, but it has been a flawed season in terms of the top teams.

Excellent result for Wolves, I was begining to think they wouldn't get out of it, but that win has given themselfs a life line. Wigan and Blackpool are starting to show fight too now. It is so hard to call, I guess I would only say West Ham for sure will go down at the moment.

Man United have won the Barclays Premier League title, for the 19th time, after a 1-1 draw with Blackburn. Brett Emerton scored for Blackburn whilst Rooney leveled scores with a penalty late in the game.

Blackpool and Bolton had a thrilling match with Blackpool winning 4-3 to keep their slim survival hopes alive. Wolves also won their match, this time 3-1 against Sunderland to move them one point outside the relegation zone.

Those Mancs still paying off refs I see, that was never a Pen, still they deserve the title, it has been a flawed season, but they have been the best out of an inconsistant bunch, just like Chelsea were last year. I think in the end it was their outstanding home form which won it for them.

Wolves are pretty much safe now, two fantastic wins for them back to back, and I will be very happy if they do stay up, because the manager is great, and every time I have seen them play this season, as I a team they give it their all, and do have some very talented players. West Ham definatly deserve to go down, Blackpool to have too much of a mountain climb despite that excellent win on Saturday. So assuming they go down it is one out of Birmingham [which I would love being a Villa supporter!], Wigan or Wolves. Wigan are fighting hard right now, but still need at least a point and then must relie on other results, think I might go for Birmingham to go down, just have a sneaky feeling.

I am delighted with Villa's win at Aresenal, we totally deserved it, and got are luck with some key decissions, which lets face it you need in those sorts of game. It is just a shame we didn't produce like that more often this season. Anyway I am going to the final game at home to Liverpool on Sunday, and we will need another performance like the one the other day to get anything, because that is a very tough final match.

Man City are up to third now after a 3-0 win over Stoke with Tevez scoring twice. Aston Villa defeating certainly helped them in that quest. Man Citys last game is away at Bolton and Arsenal are away to Fulham. Should be wins for both teams and that will mean Man City keep third.

In the top scorers Berbatov is leading Tevez 22 goals to 20 goals. Be an interesting final round.

Huge day tomorrow with all ten matches scheduled for Sunday 22nd of May. The big battle is for those teams trying to fight their way out of the relegation zone. There are so many possibilities for what could happen and it means that there are a lot of matches which mean something on that final day.

Right with it being the last ten, lets have some score predictions.

Aston Villa 1-2 Liverpool - Liverpool are still going for fifth, and have been in good form, where as we are only playing for pride, still if we can repeat the performance of last week we should be able to get something, I am looking forward to the game!

Bolton 1-2 Man City - City are finishing the season very strongly, and Bolton even at home are in poor shape right now.

Everton 2-2 Chelsea - Games between these two are normally close, the away side are not as tight at the back as they once well, I see a very high tempo match, with a fair few mistakes.

Fulham 1-1 Arsenal - Very tough last match for Arsenal, should be a good match.

Manchester Utd 1-0 Blackpool - I hope for Blackpool's sake that Utd put out a strong side, as it will be harder if they don't.

Newcastle Utd 2-1 West Brom - A close match, but I just think Newcastle in their last home match will raise their game, and end on a high.

Stoke 1-1 Wigan - Wigan are looking good for the point which should keep them safe.

Spurs 3-1 Birmingham - The blues are in deep trouble, Spurs still going for Fifth.

West Ham 0-0 Sunderland - Bit of a nothing match this.

Wolves 2-2 Blackburn - This will do both teams.

Should be a good day!
