So I just fully beat Pearl, well not like 100% but everything there was to do outside of capturing every Pokémon. Solid story, game was laid out decently well, not a lot of annoyances except mainly for the Elite Four + Cynthia and that's mainly because I was going at it with an underleveled team.. but with the use of items and strategies to prevent all of them from using their Full Restores I was able to finish it with a team of (Palkia [L. 57], Torterra [L. 54], Gyrados [L. 49], Luxray [L. 51], Staraptor [L. 49] and Rapidash [L. 50].

Onwards to White now! .. well actually I won't be starting White until Sunday, because I really only play while I'm at work and that would be the next time I'm in the office now that it's my weekend.

Yeah I thoroughly enjoyed having him throughout the game on my team.. Came through in the clutch for me to finish off Bertha because I didn't pay attention to my potions and heals properly lol almost messed that one up.

Fun fact, in my second playthrough of Platinum, a much more patient and young me grinded a Prinplup into an Emploian (however that's spelled) before I had two badges thanks to that green haired lady

Meanwhile, I am almost done my Moon Nuzlocke. About to challenge the Elite Four. Had quite a few close calls, but haven't lost a Pokemon since Island Two.
