NOOOOOOOOOB!
jk.
But, HM moves are pretty much TM moves that don't go away after single use and they are unable to be unlearned normally. You get them either normally through the story, or you get them by talking to people.
Thank you

Apparently Popplio learns Disarming Voice by level up. Water/Fairy?shock:
I said that in my spoiler thing. I honestly would love that typing. Why? Because both types are bulky, and also it would maybe have those Popplio haters filled with regret.
I'm not familiar at all with Fairy types, I'll need to do my research I guess.
They're definitely very defensive, that's for sure. Interesting to see that they applied the Fairy type to existing Pokemon, though it certainly makes sense for most of them.
I was excited to see that when I checked on Bulbapedia, Gardevoir has been one of my favorite Pokemon ever since my first time playing Gen 3. I've been playing Emerald, but I think I'm going to go ahead and get that 3DS for the Gen 3 remakes soon.Yeah, Mawile and Clefable especially make sense.
They are amazing offensively too, Mega Gardevoir is a monster.
