Didn't he use a teleprompter also? Meh it was a crap feud either way imo with only a few golden moments.

He used a teleprompter yes. He used the flipping titantron during the concert.

To be fair that was in an attempt to get the crowd to join in which completely failed. Obviously forgetting the 20 minute promo of epicness he did prior to that.

Not always, and he's hardly the only guy who has. Cena and Punk have admitted to using them at times as well. Besides, Rock has cut many of fast promos live, including (as I mentioned before) the one backstage at Survivor Series 2011. That one alone shows that Rock hardly had any rust when it came to promos.

He's an actor. Of course he does.

Yeah but he was a wrestler beforehand, so that means nothing. The entire fued was designed to blur the lines which it did a very good job of, that was one of those moments. Cena's entire appearance relied on him making that remark about Rock's notes, it was totally kayfabe.

Not to mention that there was an article in Entertainment Weekly 2-3 months before WM28 where Stephanie said they were deliberately trying to blur the lines and split the crowd and make them pick a side and viciously defend their side. Considering that, seemed obvious this 'promo notes' was the WWE making us think Cena made a shoot comment on the Rock in front of a live crowd.

His SVS promo was incredible, brought the Mark out in me (guessing you can't guess but I'm a huge Rock mark lol)
