Pizza Party

Ok not really a party but I am looking to add some new kinds of specialty pizzas to my shop's menu. What are your guys favorite kind of pizzas that aren't just the plain one or two topping pizzas. We have buff chick, bbq chicken, chick pesto, chick alfredo, tomota basil garlic butter, hawiian, and such..so give em some suggestions as to what kind u guys like..

Sweet Heat. Grilled Chicken, Hot Peppers and Pineapple. It's so good. You can substitute Spicy Italian Sausage for the Chicken and its even better.

Also, how about some sort of Pulled Pork Pizza? They seem to be all the rage these days.

Pulled pork is tricky cuz its an expensive thing and getting my owner to sign off on pricey stuff is pretty tough

What kind of people live in your community? Do you have any kind of ethnic groups that may want to order a pizza that's catered to them, like Greek or Thai?

Also, since its getting nice and hot out there, I'm expecting some more candid beach photos shortly.

I'm on the 1 or 2 topping bandwagon myself. For me, pizza is one of those things in the food world that is so versatile but so easy to overwhelm with toppings and flavors to the point where it's not even pizza anymore :

How about something like an eggplant rollatini pizza?

My dad once made this pizza that he put like naco cheese on it, taco cheese, made the meat like he would for a taco and put that on it. It was pretty good. I think it had some other stuff on it so I'll look around as I posted about it before some place. I'll get exactly what was on it and the picture I posted of it on here. It was pretty damn tasty.
