Opinion: Gunther's opponent is not a SummerSlam worthy world title match

I don't even get what the point is in anymore. Now we're complaining about how he cashed in his briefcase and we shouldn't cut him any slack for wanting to prove he's a legit champion but people keep getting involved?

Yeah, because I think this story is very lackluster.

Maybe, but I suspect Tiffy will hold it for a while. My problem with it is most of them just cash in the same way, there's little variation.

My guess is not and not because I didn’t like the drew Thing because I actually think the booking made sense but if you think about it, he added the king of the ring getting a title shot, stipulation a month before money in the bank and then he had the money in the bank winner lose their briefcase on the same night meaning there’s gonna be a full year without a men’s money in the bank briefcase. Doesn’t sound like it’s something he wants to book around.

I imagine for similar reasons, because Vince probably didn’t care to have to think about a woman, holding the briefcase and having to actually plan for it.

Although I think it’s different having them cash in and then win versus having someone cash in the same night and lose, which then means you don’t have a money in the bank briefcase winner, or money in the bank champion for an entire year.

Yes. I mentioned the KOTR thing being added. Doesn’t matter if it’s a win or lost however, because it’s still a year without one, like you mentioned. winning doesn’t change there isn’t a person with the case for a year
